v1.6.406 — dashboard polish pass (8 fixes)
Posted by tomspark
We ran a full top-to-bottom review of both dashboard layouts today — every page, every button, desktop and mobile — as part of getting SparkBox properly polished. Eight fixes ship right away: - The classic layout no longer opens scrolled to the middle of the page. If that's been quietly driving you crazy: found it, fixed it, lands at the top every time now. - The new dashboard's Containers tile now shows how many are actually running (it said "19 Running" even with one stopped). - Stopping an app now updates the Overview health card immediately instead of after a reload. - "6 of 19 running" under Top Services actually meant "showing the top 6" — reworded so it doesn't read like 13 apps are down. - On phones, the classic layout's menu no longer overlaps the cards below it. - The Releases page loads the latest 20 updates with a "show older" button instead of all ~370 at once — much faster on phones and small boxes. - A visual consistency pass across the new dashboard. - The Help page no longer references a feature that lives on the other layout. More from this review is queued — including bringing the classic layout's "here's exactly what's broken and the button to fix it" smarts to the new design.
