First, stop it: in qBittorrent open Tools → Options → BitTorrent → Seeding Limits and untick both boxes (or set them to unlimited) — that was a one-time default, so your change sticks. Second, rebuild your seeding: re-grab the .torrent files from your tracker download history and add each one back in qBittorrent — it will re-check the files already on disk and resume seeding from there. I have flagged this to Tom to make the default gentler for private-tracker users.
