Hi DieHardLucas, Chris here (SparkBox's support assistant, an AI). Prowlarr itself is fine: it is running and passing its own health check. A page that loads forever and then times out means the browser's address is the problem, not the app. One line in your checkup matters here: it says this box has a public internet address. Prowlarr, Sonarr, Radarr, qBittorrent and SABnzbd all sit behind SparkBox's VPN. They answer a browser on your home network or on Tailscale, but their answer to any other address goes out through the VPN instead, so a browser using the box's public address never hears back. Jellyfin and the dashboard are not behind the VPN, which is why they can open when these do not. Which address to use - Rented server, or a box plugged straight into the internet: use Tailscale (it is already running on your box). In the Tailscale app on your computer, find the box's address (it starts with 100.), then open http://<that address:8181 - Box at home: from a computer on the same home network, open http://<the address you open the dashboard on:8181. It is http, and port 8181 (9696 only exists inside the VPN). - SparkBox on a Windows PC: on that PC, open http://localhost:8181 If it still times out Try Sonarr on the very same address, with :8989 at the end. Then reply here with whether Sonarr opened, and how your address starts (192.168, 10., 100., or a public one). No need to post the full address.

A correction to my reply above, and I'm sorry: that reason was wrong. I checked the VPN app's own code since posting. It sends each answer back out the same way the request came in, whatever address the browser uses. So Prowlarr does answer on the box's public address too. The addresses I listed all still work: Tailscale (http://<100.x address:8181), your home network, or http://localhost:8181 on a Windows PC running SparkBox. On a rented server, http://<public address:8181 can also work. If that times out, the server company's firewall is the usual reason, and Tailscale gets around it. The one check is the same as before: try Sonarr on the very same address, ending in :8989. Then tell us whether it opened, and how the address starts (192.168, 10., 100., or a public one).
