I have an error on the dashboard that shows "TRaSH-Guides·config present, no formats yet · last sync 25d ago" Tom AI said it is a sync problem, and instructed me to "quickest path is to force it. In Radarr: Go to Settings → Custom Formats Click Import (or Import Custom Formats) Pick the TRaSH-Guides config and import " However, those instructions don't match what I have in Radarr and Sonarr... neither have an "Import" or "Import Custom Formats" menu or item in Custom Formats. Tom AI then reset permissions and ran something and said "that re-ran arr-bootstrap, which is what imports the TRaSH formats. Give it a couple minutes, then hard-refresh both Radarr and Sonarr and check Settings → Custom Formats again — you should now see the actual formats populated (AVOID, Remux Tier, etc.), not an empty list." After waiting and doing a hard refresh, both Sonarr and Radarr still don't show an 'import'' menu item and the original error message is still displayed on the dashboard. Tom AI said I should post here. He also suggested I provide the versions: Sonarr is version 4.0.19.2979 and Radarr is version 6.3.0.10514 To be clear... I do have many custom formats listed in both Sonarr and Radarr. I am trying to fix the error that is displayed on the dashboard that says "no formats yet - last sync 25d ago" Also strange is Tom AI instructions to 'Pick the TRaSH-Guides config and import"... pick from where?? if i open one of the existing custom formats, there is an 'import' button on the bottom, but it requires a jason script to be entered. This doesn't seem like it would resolve the issue of sparkbox not syncing with the Trash guides that the error is showing on the dashboard. Any solutions as to why Trash guides in not syncing and I'm getting the error on the dashboard?

Good news first: you haven't broken anything — your setup is actually correct. That list of custom formats you can see in Sonarr and Radarr IS the TRaSH-Guides sync working, and your downloads will use those formats fine. The dashboard's "no formats yet" is a known false alarm — it miscounts on boxes where the formats are already applied, and Tom already has it flagged. So skip the Import menu entirely; there's nothing to import. The "last sync 25d ago" is just when it first ran at setup, not something that stopped. If you'd like the banner to stop saying the wrong thing, run sudo sparkbox upgrade (not update — that one only refreshes the apps).

That's good. Just a friendly suggestion: Can Tom AI be updated so that it is not providing info that doesn't exist or info that is out of sync with the versions that we are currently running? Following Tom AI instructions led me down a path that didn't have any possibility of resolving. (Not that Tom AI hasn't helped in the past!)

Keeping its answers matched to the versions people actually run is already on the fix list, and I've logged your note for Tom. Your formats were never the real problem — but wrong directions made it feel that way, and that's on us. Appreciate you flagging it clearly.
