Quick update on the chat assistant (Tom AI — the ? button bottom-right). Honest version: it was sometimes confidently wrong about SparkBox-specific stuff. Wrong folder paths, settings that don't actually exist, that kind of thing. Sounded sure, was wrong — and that's not good enough for something you're trusting to fix your box. So I went through a big batch of real chats, found exactly where it was going off the rails, and fixed it at the root. Its core SparkBox knowledge now lives on our server instead of being baked into each release. That means it's correct AND always current for everyone — no matter how old your install is, it now knows the right paths, the real settings, and the actual fixes. That part is already live; you don't have to do anything. A couple of the fixes do come with updating though: - Fixed a bug where it couldn't show file paths properly — they came out garbled, which is pretty useless when the whole point is telling you a path. - Cleared out some stale built-in info so its answers are cleaner. So grab the latest update when you get a sec — dashboard → Update, or run sparkbox upgrade from the terminal. Latest is v1.6.191. And if you've already been using Tom AI — you weren't wasting your time, not even the times it got something wrong. Those chats are exactly how I found these issues in the first place. Every question you asked and every bad answer you flagged fed straight into this fix and a pile of others — what's broken, what's confusing, what to sharpen next. You've been making the assistant, and SparkBox itself, better just by using it. So genuinely: thank you.
