Tom AI is handing you blank replies (just the share card, no text) — the conversation got into a stuck state partway through (you can see the earlier DDNS answer came through fine, then later ones went empty). Quickest unblock: start a brand-new chat with the new-conversation button — a fresh session clears that stuck state and replies come back.
