(code U403) My question: The Media pipeline shows "Storage" as a warning: 988 GB of leftover downloads nothing is using — 200 items in your downloads folder older than 7 days that qBittorrent and SABnzbd no longer track: Minority.Report.2002.2160p.UHD.Blu-ray.HEVC.DTS-HD.MA5.1-DiY.HDHome/Minority.Report.2002.2160p.UHD.Blu-ray.HEVC.DTS-HD.MA5.1-DiY@HDHome.zip, INNOCENCE/BDMV, Iron.Man.I.2008.UHD.BluRay.2160.HDR.HEVC.Atmos.TrueHD.7.1-PANAM.1/Iron.Man.I.2008.UHD.BluRay.2160.HDR.HEVC.Atmos.TrueHD.7.1-PANAM.mkv, Iron.Man.I.2008.UHD.BluRay.2160.HDR.HEVC.Atmos.TrueHD.7.1-PANAM.2/Iron.Man.I.2008.UHD.BluRay.2160.HDR.HEVC.Atmos.TrueHD.7.1-PANAM.mkv, Iron.Man.I.2008.UHD.BluRay.2160.HDR.HEVC.Atmos.TrueHD.7.1-PANAM.3/Iron.Man.I.2008.UHD.BluRay.2160.HDR.HEVC.Atmos.TrueHD.7.1-PANAM.mkv, and 195 more. Your library already has anything that was imported from them. — can you check my box and walk me through fixing it, one step at a time? SparkBox AI replied: I hit a problem reaching the AI service mid-task: Tom AI can't reach our AI provider from your box's region right now. This is on our side (not your box), and waiting or retrying won't clear it — please contact support and quote this code so we can route you around it. (code U403). Try again in a moment. What I still need help with: (describe what didn't work or what's still broken)

Your Tom AI helper hit a snag reaching its service just now — that's on our side, not your box — so I'll answer you directly. That Storage warning is the dashboard telling you exactly what's taking the space: 200 already-imported downloads are still sitting in your downloads folder, and your library is safe. The fix is right on that same card — click the Clean up button, confirm, then type your admin password when it asks. It deletes only those 200 leftover items, never anything still downloading or seeding, and never your library.

THe issue I have when selecting that clean up button is "That didn't go through (http400). Nothing was changed."

Good catch — that 400 is our bug, not something you did. The Clean up button tries to send all 200 leftover files in one request, and that list is too big, so the server refuses it before anything runs. Your library is untouched and nothing in your setup needs fixing. I've flagged this to Tom so the button handles a list this size, and the fix will reach your box through a normal SparkBox update. Until it lands, leave those downloads where they are — they're only taking up space, and the button will clear them safely once it's fixed.

Checking back on the “988 GB of leftover downloads” warning: has the Clean up issue been resolved, or do you still see the 400 message? Paste the current message if it remains, and I’ll keep following this same issue. — checking in
