My question: The Media pipeline shows "Into your library" as failing: 18 finished downloads couldn't be moved into your library — that's why they don't show up in Jellyfin. Sonarr says why: "Found matching series via grab history, but release was matched to series by ID. Automatic import is not possible. See the FAQ for details." — can you check my box and walk me through fixing it, one step at a time? SparkBox AI replied: I hit a problem reaching the AI service mid-task: Tom AI could not complete that request. Please try again.. Try again in a moment.

I can’t inspect your box from here, but the current SparkBox release includes the safer retry for finished imports. Start with one step: Dashboard → Updates → SparkBox Core → Update SparkBox now. That brings in the improved import check; once it has finished, reply here if the Media pipeline still shows the same message.

Done, same message thanks.

Thanks for trying that. Sonarr has already downloaded the file, but it needs the match approved manually. In Sonarr, choose Activity → Queue, open the affected item, then select Manual Import and confirm the episode it shows. That files the existing download; don’t delete it. If no episode is offered there, reply with the message shown on that screen.

There is no message, it just tries to process it then nothing happens. I have 60 items in the queue.

Don’t work through 60 items one by one. In Dashboard → Media pipeline → Into your library, click ✦ Ask Tom, then press Send on the message it opens. It will check the whole queue and offer the safe retry for items it can identify. I’ve logged that Manual Import gives you no result here, and our team is investigating this.
