Sorry, the earlier answer on this thread was wrong. There is a supported way to start Seerr's setup again: sudo sparkbox repair-seerr. It stops Seerr, deletes Seerr's own config folder (its settings and request history), fixes that folder's ownership, and starts Seerr on its first-time setup screen. Your SparkBox dashboard login and your movie and TV files are not touched. Seerr signs people in through Jellyfin, so during the new setup use your Jellyfin admin account. Next step: run that command on the box and wait for it to finish. Then open Seerr. If the setup screen does not come up, reply here and tell me whether the command printed an error at the end, leaving out any passwords. What the assistant knows about this has been corrected, so the next person gets the right answer.

running that command worked. For some reason teh option to log into seerr with plex was gone. That was why my admin account went away. And running the repair comand I had to restablish the connection to plex and rescan everyting. It's working like it should now. No idea why the option to log in with plex went away.

Glad it's working again, and thanks for coming back to say so. On the Plex sign-in: Seerr only chooses its media server (Jellyfin or Plex) once, on its first-run screen, and keeps that choice after that. The repair signs Seerr in to your SparkBox Jellyfin automatically when it can, which sets Seerr to Jellyfin, so the Plex sign-in option stops being offered. That's the most likely reason, but I can't see your box from here. One check so I know which path your repair took: when the repair finished, did it say Seerr was signed back in to Jellyfin, or did it send you to Seerr's setup screen? Reply with that one line and leave out any passwords. If your family needs Plex sign-in in Seerr, reply here before changing anything else, so we can work out the safe way to do it.
