Yes, both work. SparkBox isn't limited to English; two settings decide what gets picked. 4K: Settings → Media → Video quality → 4K (on the newer dashboard: Settings → Media folders → Open media settings). Within about a minute SparkBox points Radarr, Sonarr and Seerr at the 4K profiles; files you already have are not touched. You can also just ask Tom AI to switch video quality to 4K. German audio: SparkBox sets up Radarr and Sonarr with the TRaSH-Guides profiles, and those ask for the film's original language. So for an English-language film, a German-only release is passed over. To change that: - Radarr: Settings → Profiles → open "UHD Bluray + WEB" (the 4K profile) → set Language to German → Save. - Sonarr: Settings → Profiles → open "WEB-2160p" → set the score of "Language: Not Original" to 0 (it is −10000, which is what blocks a dub) → Save. Do the 4K switch first: switching Video quality re-applies the guide profiles, so re-check these two after any later switch. Your indexers also need to carry German releases; many mainly list English ones. Add ones that do in Prowlarr and Radarr/Sonarr get them automatically. One check afterwards: open a movie in Radarr → Interactive Search. German releases should no longer be marked as rejected for their language.
