You didn't break anything — Stirling PDF is crashing because it's running out of resources during startup. Your logs show the memory monitor hitting critical right before it crashes, which usually means other SparkBox apps are using most of the available RAM when Stirling PDF tries to launch. It's one of the heavier ones and needs a solid chunk of free memory to get going. Try running sudo sparkbox update first to make sure you're on the latest version, then restart your system to clear things out and start it fresh. If it still loops, let us know how much total RAM your machine has and which other apps are running.

Good news — that crash-loop was Stirling PDF's memory limit being set too tight, and we raised it (2GB up to 4GB) in version 1.6.258. Your doctor showed you're on 1.6.257, so you're just one update behind the fix. Run sudo sparkbox update, then start Stirling PDF again and give it a minute. That newer log you posted is just Stirling listing its built-in tools as it boots — that part's normal. If it still loops after updating, grab the very last few lines right before it restarts and I'll take another look.

First, confirm what version you're on now: run sparkbox doctor and check the version line — it needs to be 1.6.258 or higher for the memory bump to actually be in. Cracked it — and good news, it's not actually crashing. Your log shows Stirling booting along fine (no out-of-memory, no error) — it's just SLOW to start because it fires up LibreOffice and a few other heavy helpers first, and on a NAS that can take 2-3 minutes. The problem: SparkBox's health-watchdog was only giving it 30 seconds before deciding it was dead and restarting it — so it kept getting killed mid-boot, over and over. That's your 15 restarts. I've fixed the timeout (bumped it to 3 minutes) and it'll land in the next update. To get it running right now, pause the watchdog so it stops interrupting the boot: docker stop sb-deunhealth docker restart sb-stirling-pdf Then leave it completely alone for ~3 minutes — don't refresh or restart it. It should finish booting and come up healthy. Once SparkBox's next update lands you can forget all this; the longer timeout will be baked in (and the watchdog comes back on its own then). Nice work grabbing that full log — that's exactly what pinned it.
