You didn't do anything wrong, and re-running it was totally fine. Here's the thing: that 'Boot self-heal enabled' line is near the END of setup. Right after it, SparkBox quietly downloads all the apps, and that part has no progress bar, so it looks frozen even though it's working. On a NAS that download can take 10 to 30 minutes depending on your internet speed. To see whether it's actually running, open a second terminal into your NAS and run: sudo docker ps If you see rows with names like sb-pihole, sb-jellyfin and so on appearing, it's working, just leave the first window alone and let it finish. If after another 20-30 minutes that list is still empty, reply here and we'll check your internet/download side. What kind of internet speed does the NAS have, roughly?
