SparkBox releases shipped on Tue Oct 6, 2026 (UTC), in order, newest at the bottom. This thread is updated as releases land during the day. Update from the SparkBox dashboard, or run sudo sparkbox upgrade on your SparkBox host. Legend boxes get every release the day it ships; free boxes get it after it has run there for a week. It now opens on your own server at http://<your box's address:8448. After updating, reload the Element page. - Dashboard 2 and 3: every app in the Containers list now has a View logs button, stopped apps included, so you can see why an app stopped instead of only being offered Restart. - Unpackerr now also unpacks SABnzbd downloads that finish still packed, so Sonarr and Radarr stop waiting on "Found archive file, might need to be extracted". - A 2 GB VPS no longer fails the installer's memory check. - The Plex note in the App Store matches Plex today: watching at home is free, and watching your library away from home needs Plex Pass. v1.6.876 — Dashboard 2 and 3 can claim your Plex server - Plex: on Dashboard 2 and 3, the first time you open Plex you now get the "Claim your Plex server" window the Plex tile talks about. Paste a code from plex.tv/claim and SparkBox links the server to your Plex account and restarts Plex. Before, only the Classic dashboard had it. - Plex: a new Plex server is now offered the name "sparkbox" in Plex's setup instead of a random string of letters and numbers. You can still rename it in Plex. - App updates: Jellyfin 12.2, Paperless-ngx 3.3.0, Stirling PDF 3.1.0, FreshRSS 1.30.1, n8n 2.42.3, Vaultwarden 1.37.4 and a newer Shelfarr.
