SparkBox releases shipped on Mon Sep 21, 2026 (UTC), in order, newest at the bottom. This thread is updated as releases land during the day. Update from the SparkBox dashboard, or run sudo sparkbox upgrade on your SparkBox host. Legend boxes get every release the day it ships; free boxes get it after it has run there for a week. If a problem remains after updating, submit a private support ticket or reply below with the app name, what you expected, and what happened instead. v1.6.766 — The checkup now watches the Windows drive your box lives on - On Windows, everything inside your box lives in one big file on a Windows drive, and the free-space figure SparkBox reported was the space inside that file — so the checkup could honestly say tens of gigabytes free while Windows itself was down to its last gigabyte and starting to struggle. sudo sparkbox doctor now reports the free space on the Windows drive holding your box as well, names that drive, and warns below 15 GB with what to do: clear space from both your library and your downloads, then hand the room back to Windows with the one-off compact step it prints for your box's own disk file — or move your library to an external drive, which is the permanent answer. - Tom AI can now explain why Windows says the drive is nearly full while SparkBox says there is plenty of room, and why deleting films does not make the Windows figure move until that one-off step is run. It had nothing to say about this before. - Three older releases in the changelog history gained a plain-English line saying what changed and what you see now: the curated quality rules that were quietly missing from new Media installs through August, the guide and Tom AI links now attached to every failing check, and the Portainer port clash the checkup could see but not explain. v1.6.767 — Fixing Seerr now signs it back in to Jellyfin for you - If you cleared your apps and set them up again, or ran sudo sparkbox repair-seerr, Seerr came back as if it had never been set up: it asked whether you wanted Plex or Jellyfin, then asked for a Jellyfin address, port and password. Your box had all of those answers saved the whole time, but the note that says "this one is already signed in" survived the wipe, so the step that signs Seerr in decided it had nothing to do and quietly skipped itself. Repairing Seerr now signs it back in to Jellyfin with your saved details and re-creates your libraries inside it, so you land on the normal Seerr page instead of a setup wizard. - If the automatic sign-in cannot go through — usually because the Jellyfin password has been changed since — Seerr still hands you the wizard as before, and now points you at sudo sparkbox passwords so you can read the details it wants instead of guessing them. - Three older releases in the changelog history gained a plain-English line saying what changed and what you see now: the Prowlarr tag that vanished unless you pressed Enter, the assistant looking into a problem before offering to restart an app, and the Indexers check naming Byparr when Cloudflare has walled off every one of your search sources.
