Happy to get this sorted with you. To point you at the real fix I need the actual error text — the post just says 'error,' and a failed media-center install can come from a few different causes. Two quick steps: first run sudo sparkbox update (we just shipped an update that prints the real install error instead of a bare 'exit code N'), then retry the media center install. When it fails, copy the full error it prints and paste it back here — with that exact text I can get you straight to the fix. Please don't include any license key, password, or email — just the error lines.

Small correction before you try that, so you don't lose a round. sudo sparkbox update only refreshes your apps' images — it doesn't move your box onto a newer SparkBox release, and the clearer install error ships with the release itself. The command you want is sudo sparkbox upgrade. So: sudo sparkbox upgrade, then retry the media center install. The failure should then name the actual step that broke instead of a bare exit code. Paste those lines back here — just the error text, no license key, password or email — and I'll take it from there.
