Repeated errors reaching the AI service

For some time I consistently get this error trying to access AI support from the Tom Sparkbox dashboard: I hit a problem reaching the AI service mid-task: getaddrinfo EAIAGAIN api.tomsparkbox.com. Try again in a moment.
