if i install this would it work with my rclone mount on windows pc? or would you be looking at adding it your app?

rclone isn't a built-in SparkBox app, but you can use it alongside SparkBox. SparkBox runs on a Linux box or NAS (and on Windows through WSL2), and it watches the media folder you point it at. So if your rclone mount shows your cloud storage as a normal folder, you can mount that same storage on the SparkBox machine and point SparkBox at it — it'll treat it like any other drive. I've logged the rclone-as-an-app idea for Tom to look at.

Just point the apps at the mount — there isn't a SparkBox command that mounts rclone for you, so please don't go hunting for one. SparkBox doesn't mount remote storage itself; it simply reads whichever folder you set as its Media Root. So mount rclone to a normal folder on the box using rclone's own mount command (on the NAS, or inside WSL2 if you're on Windows), then open the dashboard, go to Settings → Media Root, point it at that folder, and run sudo sparkbox up. Sonarr, Radarr, Jellyfin and the rest will then see the contents automatically under /data.

It can work — SparkBox uses whichever folder you point it at as its media folder, and a mounted rclone drive can be that folder. One thing on Windows: SparkBox runs inside its own Linux layer, so the mount has to be reachable from there, not just as a Windows drive letter. Set Media Root to that folder and it'll be picked up. And yes, rclone as a built-in app is already on Tom's list to review. If you get stuck making the mount visible, tell me how you've set it up and I'll help from there.
