Good news first: since doctor comes back clean and everything's running, nothing's actually broken on your box and Radarr didn't lose any of its data. What went missing was just its tile on the homepage dashboard. That fits something Tom's already looking into: on some setups the homepage layout gets overwritten when an unrelated module updates, which is exactly why the Radarr entry vanished after those updates ran. So yes, filing that report with your timeline (3 updates, then the homepage revert) genuinely helps, since Tom can line it up against your box's update history. Nothing you need to fix in the meantime.

Quick update — Tom directed a fix for this and it just shipped. That homepage revert happened because the dashboard was rebuilding its tile list from whichever apps were running at that exact moment, so an app still finishing its restart after an update got left off. Now a tile is kept for every installed app, so they stay put through updates and restarts. Just run one more sudo sparkbox update to pick it up (you'll be on 1.6.400 or newer), and your Radarr tile will stay put from here on. Thanks for flagging it with the clear timeline — that's exactly what let Tom pin it down. You're all set!
