Hi Dagrizzly — thanks for flagging this. What you’re seeing is the same family as your other post about the apps not answering: Prowlarr is the search tool inside Media, and when the Media apps get stuck, a timeout on opening Prowlarr is exactly what shows up. First step, one at a time — restart the Media apps and give them two minutes. In the dashboard, open the Media section and use Restart Media apps, or in your SparkBox terminal run: sudo sparkbox restart media That restart also re-wires Prowlarr to Sonarr and Radarr, which is what normally clears the stuck not-answering state. If you already ran it after my last reply and Prowlarr still times out, tell me that too — it changes which fix comes next. And one thing that decides the next step: how is SparkBox installed — a Windows PC with the built-in Linux (WSL), plain Linux, or a NAS? And when you open Prowlarr, do you click the tile in the dashboard or type an address — what do you see (it just spins, or an error like “can’t be reached”)?
