These SparkBox updates are now available: v1.6.734 — Support can see what is wrong without access to your box - When you open a private support ticket from the dashboard you can attach a diagnostics bundle, and you see exactly what is in it before it goes: your SparkBox version, the state of each app, the doctor's findings, folder permissions, the names of your settings, and redacted SparkBox app logs. It never includes your media library, your download client's logs, filenames, or any password or key. Support reads it first, so most tickets can be answered without asking you to run commands or paste logs, and nobody ever needs access to your box. Update from the SparkBox dashboard, or run sudo sparkbox upgrade on your SparkBox host. If a problem remains after updating, submit a private support ticket or reply here. Include your SparkBox version and what you see; leave passwords and licence keys out.
