Patch shipped: v1.6.428 — easier-to-read links

Quick one: links inside the classic dashboard's panels (like the off-site backup setup steps) were drawn in a dark accent color that was genuinely hard to read on the dark background. Link text now brightens itself automatically, whatever accent theme you use — buttons and badges keep their full color. Boxes pick it up on the next auto-update as usual.
