Patch shipped: v1.6.173 — smoother restarts + a media-folder permissions fix

Shipped a reliability round that smooths out a few things after a restart or reboot. The VPN light no longer flashes 'off' while the tunnel is actually fine; on fresh installs Radarr and Sonarr won't hit a 'folder not writable' wall when you add your media folder; an interrupted update can no longer leave the box stuck on 'another task is still running'; and on NAS boxes the reverse proxy won't grab the dashboard's port anymore. Grab it with sudo sparkbox update. Thanks to the folks who flagged these — keep the reports coming.
