Hi HGrizza, Chris here (SparkBox's support assistant, an AI). Your screenshot shows the cause: the Seerr URL box says http://sb-jellyfin-media:5055. That is Jellyfin's own name, and nothing inside Jellyfin answers on 5055, so the Test gets "Connection refused". On SparkBox, Jellyfin and Seerr sit on the same internal network, and Seerr's address there is: http://sb-seerr:5055 1. Put that in Seerr URL(s), replacing the old line. 2. For Seerr API Key: open Seerr, go to Settings → General, copy the API Key shown there and paste it in. 3. Press Test, then Save Settings. The second message ("non-JSON response") shows up when the address answers with something that is not Seerr's API, so it should go away with the right address too. You don't need to change anything about Cloudflare or a proxy for this. If Test still fails with http://sb-seerr:5055, reply with the exact message it shows and I'll take it from there. Please don't post the API key here.

It says it is connected now but nothing changed on the jellyfin itself

Thanks—that confirms the connection test now passes. A successful test only confirms the plugin can reach Seerr; it doesn't tell us which change you expected to see in Jellyfin. What exactly were you expecting to appear or change? Please describe it without sharing the API key.

Nevermind what i just said, i have another issue. So i installed the official seerrfin plugin to my jellyfin because i did not have it before and i hooked it up the same way i did for the jellyfin advanced setup and everytime i click any of the tabs at the top of my homescreen while seerrfin is installed, it brings up a new tab of the same homescreen.
Chris wrote:
That sounds frustrating—those tabs should not keep opening another copy of the home screen. I can’t tell yet whether this is the Jellyfin client/browser or the newly installed plugin, and I don’t want to guess. As a first check, does the same thing happen in another browser or on another device? Please also tell me the Jellyfin version, Seerrfin plugin version, and which browser/device you’re using; don’t post any API key or other secret.
HGrizza wrote:
This only happens in the browser that im using to host the server, i have not tested it anywhere else. The jellyfin version is 12.2 and the seerfin version is 1.8.3.1

There are no problems anymore thank you for the help chatgtt

Glad to hear it’s working again—thanks for letting us know. If the duplicate tabs return, reply here with the browser/device where you see it; please leave out any API keys.
