My question: My SparkBox media pipeline says "Into your library" needs attention. Finished downloads are flowing into your library normally. What should I do next? SparkBox AI replied: The media pipeline card says a stage "needs attention" What's happening: The pipeline card checks each stage end to end (VPN - indexers - download apps - import into your library) and flags the first one that isn't healthy. It is a status readout, not an error: the usual causes are the download app losing its saved connection to Sonarr/Radarr after a password or port change, the VPN container still settling after a restart, or a finished download that has not been imported because the media folder is not writable by the app user. How to fix it: Ask Tom AI to read the failing app's logs first — the pipeline card tells you WHICH stage, and the log tells you why, and those are two different questions. If the stage is 'Download apps' and Sonarr/Radarr have lost qBittorrent, re-check the download client entry in Sonarr/Radarr (Settings Download Clients) — a changed qBittorrent password is the single most common cause and a restart will not fix it. If the stage is 'Into your library' and a finished download is waiting, that is almost always a permissions problem: run the media-permissions fix, which re-runs arr-bootstrap and re-registers the root folders. If the stage is 'VPN', give it 60-90 seconds to settle before treating it as broken. (Answered instantly from the SparkBox kn …(reply truncated — full chat sent to Tom)

Nothing to fix — your library is working fine. That 'needs attention' wording is a glitch on our side, not a problem on your box: the 'Into your library' step is actually green, which is why that same message also says your downloads are flowing in normally. So there's no stuck file to chase down. I've flagged the glitch to Tom, and the fix will reach your box through a normal SparkBox update.

I’m following up on “Finished downloads are flowing into your library normally”: does that still match what you see, or is the warning still showing while imports work? Paste the current card text and I’ll keep the follow-up tied to that message. — checking in
