I never did get this to flow properly. What am I missing? EDIT: Interesting; when I switched to the new SparkBox interface, I was able to see this message: "Finished downloads need help moving into your library 1 finished download couldn't be moved into your library — that's why it doesn't show up in Jellyfin. Radarr says why: "Found matching movie via grab history, but release was matched to movie by ID. Manual Import required." Sonarr/Radarr could not tell for sure which show or movie this download belongs to, so it will not file it on its own — restarting or re-scanning will not change that. Open the app → Activity → Queue, click the item's warning icon → Manual Import, pick the right series or movie (and episodes) for the files it lists, then press Import. Nothing is lost; the files are already on the box."

Thanks for posting, and sorry this has been stuck for you. If the Media pipeline strip on your dashboard says "Finished downloads need help moving into your library", that is the import step, and that is the one to look at. To narrow it down, please tell me two things: which platform your box runs on (Ubuntu or other Linux, Windows with WSL, Synology, UGREEN, or other), and the exact words shown under that line on the strip. Please leave out any passwords, keys or file names.

Thanks, that helps. The line you quoted is the import step, and the message in your post says what is holding it: Radarr matched the download to the movie by ID, so it will not file it on its own. Restarting or rescanning will not change that. Next step: in Radarr, open Activity, then Queue, click the warning icon on that item, choose Manual Import, pick the movie for the files it lists, and press Import. Nothing is lost, the files are already on your box. If it still does not show up in Jellyfin after that, reply here with the exact words the strip shows then.

I don't have any warning symbols next to the media. I did find this error:

Sorry, my last step assumed a warning icon would be on that item. You don't have one, so that step doesn't help you yet. The error text you found will show what is holding the download. Could you type out its exact words here, not a screenshot, and say whether it came from Radarr or from the Media pipeline strip on your SparkBox home page? Leave out movie names, file names, paths, passwords and keys.

Sorry for the detour. The warning-icon step I gave you was wrong, since your row has no warning icon. The message on your System tab is about SABnzbd's download folder for Radarr. SABnzbd only creates that folder once its first download in the Radarr category has finished, and Radarr warns while it is missing, even though both apps share the same /data. SparkBox releases from 1.6.781 onward create that folder themselves on every sudo sparkbox up, as long as SABnzbd's completed folder is under /data. Next check: in the WSL terminal where SparkBox runs, type sparkbox --version and reply here with the number it prints. Once I have it, I will tell you the one update step for your box. The indexer warning under that message is a separate item and does not come from this folder. I have also corrected the step I gave you, so it is not repeated to the next person.
