Media pipeline move completed files
Posted by Amilo21
Hey Tom I have started to try and fix the media pipeline again, but unfortunately with no luck so far. Some of my requests have actually worked, downloaded and just won't be moved into the folder jellyfin watches (I could probably just do it manually like last time, but would prefer to actually get it fixed, so it's automatic) Also it still looks like a lot of my requests just doesn't actually go through and actually requests the movies, but that might be on my end/what I have access to, not sure. Still new to this. From TomAI: I'm not confident I can fix this one further from here — click Share to demox below so Tom can see the actual container logs and mounts directly. Paste this for context when you do: Root folder was wrong (/data/Film), fixed to /data/Movies fixmediapermissions run twice, setfacl run manually on host Radarr reports "Importing complete" for Surrogates (and 4 other titles) but find /data/Movies -iname "urrogates" on the container shows zero files — nothing written Jellyfin scans on schedule and correctly finds nothing, because there's genuinely nothing there That's a real gap between what Radarr's UI reports and what's on disk — not something I can chase further with the tools I've got.

You haven't broken anything, and you've actually already tried the right things. What you're seeing — Radarr saying an import finished but the file never landing where Jellyfin can see it — is a real gap a few folks have run into, and Tom's looking into it personally right now. Because it needs eyes on your actual folders and container logs, the best next move is exactly what you started: tap Share to demox on this post so Tom can see your setup directly. He handles these himself, and I've made sure yours is flagged. Nothing you've already downloaded is lost, so hang tight.
