That banner is the last step of the media pipeline: Sonarr or Radarr finished a download but couldn't move it into your library, and it doesn't say why, which is likely where Tom AI got stuck. The one thing that shows the real reason: open Sonarr (for TV) or Radarr (for movies) — whichever you requested the item in — then go to Activity → Queue. The stuck item has a colored icon and a line of text that names the cause, like permission denied or no files eligible. Reply with that line (or a screenshot) and I'll give you the exact next step. I've asked Tom to keep an eye on this one too.

Perfect — that banner was flagging a stuck download sitting in the queue, so clearing it was the right move, and healthy is exactly what you want to see. If it shows up again, head back to Activity → Queue in Sonarr (TV) or Radarr (movies) — the stuck item there will say what's holding it, usually a permission hiccup or a failed download. Send me that line and I'll sort it.
