So Kennedy tones down the rhetoric on vaccines because they're popular, but the headline itself admits he's not actually changing his plans. That's just cynical positioning. The guy's been pushing vaccine skepticism for years and he's not suddenly becoming pro-vaccine — he's just learned to message it differently now that he's got actual power. Classic.
