Jellyfin credentials - can't create/find

Hello. I spun up my Sparkbox on an RPi 4 a few days ago and then later uninstalled and reinstalled the media server. But now Jellyfin won't give me the start box to create new credentials, nor will it accept what I think are my old credentials, and when I click "forgot password" I can't find the file it's supposedly created with my PIN. Please help me get into Jellyfin!

This is a known snag after reinstalling over an existing setup: Jellyfin's own login database usually survives the reinstall, so it skips the create-account wizard, but the password SparkBox saved for it can fall out of sync with what Jellyfin actually has. Two commands, in order: first run sudo sparkbox doctor (read-only, safe) — it checks your Jellyfin login and tells you exactly what's wrong. Then run sudo sparkbox reset-password jellyfin to generate a fresh working password. The 'forgot password' PIN file is a Jellyfin-native thing we don't control, so you can ignore that path. Paste doctor's output here if you're still stuck and we'll go from there!
