Keep in mind, I supported and recommended TorGuard for years. At one point, I genuinely considered it a great product. But around two years ago, they stopped responding to me and left my affiliate commissions unpaid. After I started speaking publicly about it, they made a post implying I was lying and claimed I had violated their TOS — despite treating many other affiliates the same way. This is not an isolated complaint. Even Google’s AI Overview now summarizes similar reports from other users and affiliates, including unpaid commissions, delayed responses, policy changes, and account terminations. Since then, there have been virtually no meaningful updates to most of their apps. Meanwhile, their public-facing activity appears to be mostly jokes and memes on social media. Eight months ago, the TorGuard team claimed a PC app update was coming soon. As of now, that update still has not appeared. At some point, the pattern speaks for itself.

Just thought I would make an update on this ongoing issue, and as always TorGuard is free to make amends and let my community know when any real and substantial improvements are coming, so that way trust can be rebuilt.
