IP Vanish

I've been using IPVanish, but regardless of what I try, I keep running into issues getting my media server to work with it. I'm not entirely sure if it's a configuration issue on my end or if it's simply not supported. I was able to get it working with Surfshark, but that's not a service I'd prefer to stick with. Any guidance you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

The one thing that usually trips people up is that IPVanish logs in differently than Surfshark: it wants your account username and password, not the key Surfshark uses. So open the VPN settings in your dashboard, pick IPVanish, choose OpenVPN, and enter the email and password you use to sign into IPVanish's site, then save and let it restart. If you'd been pasting a key, that's exactly why it wouldn't connect. If it still won't come up after that, reply back and tell me what the VPN page shows.
