Indexer on Prowler

how come I can't see hardly any public indexers on prowler. I have prowler on a docker and I can see tons of indexers. including pirate bay and others. what am I doing wrong?

SparkBox doesn't ship with indexers seeded—that's by design. Your standalone Prowlarr sees them because you added them. In SparkBox's Prowlarr, go to Settings Indexers Add Indexer and choose from the list (Prowlarr maintains an index you can browse). Check box, save, and they'll show up in Radarr/Sonarr's search. Pirate Bay and others are there — you just need to add them once.

Same answer I give everyone, honestly: I don't point people at specific indexers — which ones you use is your call to make, and it depends on what you have access to. The practical way to find your own keepers: in Prowlarr, go to Indexers, then Add Indexer, and work through the built-in list. Add a few, use the Test button, then run some real searches from Radarr or Sonarr — keep the ones that actually return results, drop the rest. Public ones vary a lot week to week, so pruning now and then is normal. Usenet indexers are a separate thing: those need a paid provider account first.
