Hey Amilo β first off, don't give up, you're closer than it feels. The arr stack is the fiddliest part of the whole thing, and the fact that you've pulled real movies/episodes means the core works β the rest is just wiring. Let's knock these out. Immich: small correction β IMMICHEXTERNALPATH isn't actually a SparkBox setting (TomAI got that one wrong; nothing in SparkBox reads it, which is why setting it did nothing). But you CAN add an external library, and it survives updates. Over SSH, create /opt/sparkbox/state/overrides/immich.yml with exactly this: services: immich-server: volumes: - /path/to/your/photos:/mnt/external:ro Then: sudo sparkbox up immich β and in Immich go to Administration - External Libraries and add /mnt/external. I'm putting first-class support for this on the list so it's a setting, not a hand-edit. SABnzbd (Radarr grabs but nothing lands): quickest clue β in Radarr - Settings - Download Clients - SABnzbd, note the Category field, then in SAB - Config - Categories confirm a category with that exact name exists. A mismatch makes Radarr 'grab' while SAB silently drops it. Also check SAB's History tab right after a grab β if the item shows there failed/rejected, that pinpoints where it's dying. Paste what you see and I'll take it from there. The UGOS 'permission denied' stuff is a known rough edge on UGOS Pro (file-ownership differences) and it's on the fix list. Hang in there β and thanks for the detailed write-up, it genuinely helps.

Thanks for the fast and detailed help. I have to run now, but I'll try and see if that fixes things in the next day or two. Great to hear I'm closer than I think, because it doesn't feel like that at all. I should have read all your articles, especially the one with choosing the first app. I of course went straight for the Mediefile server. Stupid complex first choice, for someone who have never done this kind a thing, but I didn't know. The more issues I run into the better I understand just how complex it all is (and I don't even wanna think about the work to put it all into Sparkbox and combining everthing it has to offer). I'm just really looking forward to when it (at least mostly) just works. Will make everything so much smoother and find much better quality than I'm used to. Never even heard of usenet before this project. Thanks for all your hard work again Ps. the text still doesn't get copied, when I try to share on demox from TomAi's button. I have to manually copy paste it here.

No rush at all β try it when you've got time and ping me with whatever SAB's History tab / category shows whenever you get to it. And don't be hard on yourself: going straight for the media server is the most COMMON first pick, precisely because it's the headline feature β it just also has the most moving parts. You didn't do it wrong, you picked hard mode. If you want a quick confidence win in the meantime, something like Pi-hole or the photo backup is genuinely 'enable and it works' β the guides at tomsparkbox.com/guides/ have the gentler on-ramps. Good catch on the Share-to-Demox button not copying the text β that's a real bug on our end (it's meant to pre-fill the conversation for you), and it's flagged to fix. Thanks for pasting manually in the meantime, and for sticking with it β you're doing better than it feels.
