ive never setup a seedbed before. I have a little home server with a load of storage but it's zimaos based and didn't want to install SparkBox due to no openssl available. so ill hopefully have this setup soon. I don't see synching or anything like it installed. is it possible to install synching separately or how would be best to sync content back home?

Welcome! Good question — and you're not missing anything: SparkBox doesn't bundle Syncthing. The simplest way to get your downloads home is the Tailscale app SparkBox DOES include — it makes a private link between machines, so your seedbox and your home server can talk to each other directly. Turn on Tailscale in your SparkBox dashboard (it walks you through the login), then install Tailscale on your home ZimaOS box too (it's in Zima's app store) and sign in with the same account. Once both show up in your Tailscale device list, your home box can reach the seedbox privately — and from there you can pull the files with ZimaOS's own sync, or run Syncthing on the home side pointed at the box. Happy to walk you through the Tailscale bit once you're up and running.

Open Prowlarr, go to Indexers, click Add, and you'll get a big searchable list — pick the one(s) you actually have access to, paste in whatever login or API key they give you, and Save. From then on Prowlarr feeds Sonarr and Radarr automatically, so it's a one-time setup. Which ones to use is really down to you and what you've signed up for — I don't point people at specific trackers or usenet sites. Once you've added one, shout if a connection test fails and I'll help you sort it.
