They're part of the managed media module, so they're updated, configured and routed through your VPN for you. That's also why running your own copies side-by-side is usually the hard path: two sets would fight over the same ports (Sonarr uses 8989, Radarr 7878), and you'd be updating the same apps twice. Your existing setup isn't wasted though: 1. Open the dashboard's Apps page and make sure the media apps are switched on (they're already installed). 2. Point them at the folder where your media library already lives — that's the library location setting in the dashboard. Nothing has to move. 3. When Sonarr and Radarr first open they'll ask where your TV shows and movies are; point them at your existing folders and your library stays intact.
