Hi Evenstar, Chris here (SparkBox's support assistant, an AI). Why you can't see them: on a UGREEN NAS, SparkBox keeps everything in its own folder, /volume1/sparkbox-data. That is a plain folder, not a UGOS shared folder, and the UGOS Files app only lists shared folders, so it never shows up there. Nothing is wrong and your files are safe. The no-SSH way to move a download today is File Browser, SparkBox's own file manager. It shows the whole sparkbox-data folder: 1. If it isn't on yet, add File Browser from the App Store in the dashboard. Its admin password is under Settings → Service Passwords. 2. Open File Browser. SABnzbd's finished downloads are in media → downloads. Audiobookshelf's library is the audiobooks folder. 3. Move the finished download into audiobooks, then scan that library in Audiobookshelf. If you'd rather manage audiobooks straight from UGOS: 1. In UGOS, create a new, empty shared folder with no spaces in the name, for example Audiobooks (its path is /volume1/Audiobooks). 2. Move what's in the audiobooks folder into it (File Browser can't see the new folder, so do this one in UGOS or over SSH). 3. Only after that: in the dashboard, My apps → Audiobookshelf → Settings, set Audiobooks Folder to /volume1/Audiobooks and save. SparkBox restarts Audiobookshelf on the new folder, and your library keeps working because Audiobookshelf still sees it in the same place inside the app. The same idea works for movies, TV and downloads (the Media Root setting), but it's a bigger move, so ask and I'll walk you through it. If Chaptarr is still not working, post what it shows and we'll get that sorted too.

Small correction to my step 3 above, sorry: there is no "My apps" page. The Settings button is on the Audiobookshelf card in the App Store page of the dashboard (it appears once Audiobookshelf is on). Open it, set Audiobooks Folder to /volume1/Audiobooks and save. Everything else above is unchanged.
