Sorry about that reply. The assistant should have helped you, and instead it repeated the same sentence five times. It did not understand that "log on" means you can't sign in, so it held back the fix it had ready. The Jellyfin account SparkBox made for you has its user name and password on your dashboard: Settings → Service Passwords, row Jellyfin admin. First, please try signing in to Jellyfin with exactly that user name and password. If Jellyfin still says the password is wrong, press Reset on that same row, or run sudo sparkbox reset-password jellyfin on the box. Either one sets a fresh password (the command prints it, the row shows it) and updates Seerr too. Your libraries, users and watch history are not touched. On Windows, open the box's terminal with wsl -d SparkBox -u root first and leave out sudo. If it is not the password (the Jellyfin page does not open, or it shows a database error), reply here with the exact message and your SparkBox version. A database error at sign-in on 1.6.720 to 1.6.722 is a known issue: updating to 1.6.723 or newer fixes it without touching your library. We've corrected the assistant: from the next update it understands "log on" and offers the reset itself, so the next person doesn't run into this.
