Your paste has the answer, and it's good news — you found the real cause. Nobara ships podman, and podman's docker command is a compatibility shim, not the real Docker Engine that SparkBox drives. That's exactly why doctor prints 'Docker version: podman version 5.8.4' and 'Unit docker.service not found' — SparkBox needs real Docker for its app network and the VPN tunnel, which is why gluetun kept stumbling. This exact case is already fixed in our code and ships with the next update; after that, re-running the installer will detect podman correctly and set up real Docker for you. I've flagged it to Tom as well. You're not doing anything wrong — sit tight one release.
