You didn't do anything wrong — this is a known hiccup. Once a sign-in attempt half-finishes, Seerr gets stuck in a state where every later try just says that something went wrong, no matter what you enter. The clean fix is to reset Seerr and start its setup fresh. Over SSH run: sudo sparkbox repair-seerr That wipes Seerr's setup and restarts it. Then open Seerr again and do the 'Sign in with Jellyfin' step once, without retrying — it should go through. Shout if it still sticks and I'll dig in with you.

Quick update — the bug behind this is properly fixed in v1.6.222. The sign-in-with-Jellyfin step was failing inside Seerr itself, and that's patched now. Over SSH run: sudo sparkbox update then try the Jellyfin sign-in in Seerr once more. If the repair-seerr step already got you in earlier, you don't need to do anything — the update just makes sure it won't come back. Shout if it still gives you trouble.
