how do i get a refund

I tried to install on my linux and had tons of issues trying to figure it out. I searched the forums, tried many things and to no avail. After I tried on my old laptop, I thought maybe I HAD to use a NAS. I do have a NAS, and tried to do it through there, but my experience trying to put Jellyfin on in the past showed I can't use docker on the NAS (QNAP), I have to use container. And I can't even get in through ssh. I love the idea and would love to support this project. I paid for 'legend' to try to use the AI for help while trying to put it on the linux, , but couldn't even get it to activate. I became very frustrated and rolled back my computer after uninstalling and trying to reinstall to no available. How do I get a refund? Thanks for the project, and thanks for any help
