Good to see you back. SparkBox keeps only a scrambled copy of the dashboard password, so the old one can't be read back, not even by us. Setting a new one takes about a minute: 1. On the machine that runs SparkBox, open a terminal and run: sudo sparkbox reset-password 2. Type a new password (at least 8 characters), then type it again to confirm. 3. Sign in to the dashboard with the new password. Your apps and data are kept. Every device that was signed in gets signed out, so each one will ask for the new password. Can you get a terminal on that machine? If you're not sure how, tell me what it runs on (a NAS, a Linux machine, or Windows with WSL) and I'll point you to the right way in.
