Good news, that log actually shows your dashboard starting up fine, it even says "running on port 8443." That one yellow WARN about .env-hash is harmless, it's just one small settings file that couldn't have its permissions tightened, and nothing depends on it. So you're likely further along than it looks. Open a browser to http://YOUR-SERVER-IP:8443 and you should get the SparkBox login. If something specific isn't working, tell me exactly what you're trying to do and what you see (a blank page, an app that won't open) and I'll sort it.

I haven't installed any apps yet, but I will be installing the media stack. I changed my media root to a media hdd: /mnt/storage/sparkbox-media/ I am unsure if it's related, but when i restart all running services, I get a short pop up that says NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.

That popup is totally normal — nothing's broken. When you restart all services, the dashboard itself is one of the things that restarts, so for a few seconds your browser can't reach it and you get that "NetworkError" message. Just wait 10-15 seconds and refresh the page and it'll come right back. Your media-hdd path is fine too — once you install the media stack, give it a minute to settle and you're good.
