I'm sorry—the earlier AI reply treated that df output as proof that Sonarr could not see the drive, but it doesn't show what the container can access or explain the clicking. It only confirms that Linux reports a filesystem mounted at that path. Please tell me whether the clicking is a physical sound from the drive or a sound/behavior in an app, and include your SparkBox version and whether this is a NAS or a Linux Docker host. I've corrected what we know so unsupported drive-mount conclusions aren't repeated.

Thanks, that helps. If the clicking is physically coming from the drive, it may be activity, but this alone can't tell whether the new drive is healthy; repeated mechanical clicking can also be a warning sign. To protect your data, avoid adding more to that drive until anything important on it is backed up. Is the sound definitely coming from the new drive/enclosure itself, rather than from an app?

Separately from the clicking question above, here's the answer to your original one: how to get Sonarr to use Expansion. You don't need the override picker or any YAML for this. Because Expansion is mounted inside /mnt/media-hdd, your apps reach it as /data/Expansion, but only if the drive was already mounted when the app started. An app that was running when you mounted the drive keeps seeing the empty folder underneath it until that app is restarted. Nothing on the drive changes. One check (it only reads): sudo docker exec sb-sonarr df -h /data/Expansion - Size about 15T: Sonarr already sees the drive. In Sonarr, go to Settings → Media Management → Root Folders → Add Root Folder and pick a folder on it, for example /data/Expansion/TV. - Size about 7.3T (your original drive): Sonarr started before Expansion was mounted. Run sudo sparkbox restart media sonarr (it restarts only Sonarr), run the check again, then add the root folder as above. Radarr and Jellyfin are the same if you want them on Expansion too: sudo sparkbox restart media radarr and sudo sparkbox restart media jellyfin-media. - "No such file or directory": Expansion isn't inside your SparkBox media folder. Reply with what sudo grep '^MEDIAROOT=' /opt/sparkbox/.env prints and we'll take it from there. One thing to expect: downloads still land on the 8 TB drive, so when Sonarr files a show onto Expansion it copies it across instead of linking it. That takes longer and briefly uses space on both drives, which is normal.
