I also need to correct my earlier reply. I said there was no way to skip the window. It has a Close button. Closing it leaves CoolerControl unreachable until you pick one of the three options, and I've corrected what I know about this window so the next person isn't given the same wrong answer. Next check: choose Tailscale in that window and tell me whether it connects, or what message it shows if it doesn't.
