Cloudflare Tunnel now comes back after every box restart

SparkBox 1.6.809 fixes a restart problem where the Cloudflare Tunnel could stay stopped after a power cut, reboot, or NAS system update while everything else came back normally. I called this fix because a stopped tunnel meant your web addresses quietly stopped working, and the new dashboard gave you no indication that anything was down.
