Yep, totally doable! Grab the official Jellyfin app (it's on Android, iOS, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, all the big ones) and when it asks you for a server address, type in your SparkBox box's IP with port 8096, like http://192.168.1.50:8096 (swap in your box's actual IP). Log in with your sparkbox user - the password's shown on the dashboard's app launcher if you've forgotten it. If you also want to watch outside your home network, let me know and I'll walk you through that part too.

That's expected - port 8096 only answers on your home WiFi, it's not open to the outside internet (on purpose, so your box isn't exposed to the whole internet). To watch away from home, turn on Remote Access in SparkBox Settings - since you're a Legend member it's already unlocked for you. It walks you through installing the free Tailscale app on your phone or other device, and once that's connected you use the address it gives you (still port 8096) instead of your home IP. No port forwarding needed, and it stays private the whole way.

Yep, works exactly the same way! Just install the Tailscale app on whatever phone/tablet/TV you're running the Jellyfin app on too, sign into the same Tailscale account, and then in the Jellyfin app's server address field type that same address you're already using in the browser (with :8096). Tailscale doesn't care if it's a browser tab or a native app - once the device is signed into your tailnet it can reach that address either way. No extra setup needed.

For the Jellyfin mobile app, add a server with that address and log in with your Jellyfin username/password. Correction on the port — since you're on the media bundle (I can see from your other posts, SABnzbd and Immich are bundle-only apps), your Jellyfin is actually on port 8096, not 8097. That 8097 number is for the separate standalone Jellyfin app, which isn't what you have installed. So on your phone or TV, use http://YOUR-BOX-IP:8096 — everything else in my last reply about the mobile app and Tailscale still applies. Sorry for the mix-up!

Good question — the Tailscale address is the very same one you're already typing in your browser to reach your box from away: just the part before the ":". Pop that exact address in front of :8096 in the Jellyfin app and you're set. If you'd like to see it laid out plainly, open the free Tailscale app on your phone — it lists your SparkBox with an address that starts with "100.", and that's the one to use. Shout if it gives you any trouble.

No stress — this is almost always one of two small things, and you didn't break anything. The Jellyfin app can only reach your box over Tailscale if Tailscale is actually switched on for that same phone or TV. Open the Tailscale app on the device and check it says Connected — the browser working doesn't guarantee the app has it turned on too. And the address has to be the Tailscale one that starts with 100. (the same one you use in the browser), typed in full like http://100.x.x.x:8096 — not your home 192 address. If it still won't connect after both of those, tell me exactly what the app shows on screen and I'll dig in.
