What likely happened: the storage pool holding your media took a bit longer to mount than usual after the update, and SparkBox's apps started up before it was ready, so Sonarr/Radarr ended up looking at an empty folder instead of your real one. Try: sudo sparkbox restart media — that restarts just the media apps fresh now that the drive is fully mounted, and Radarr/Sonarr should see your files again. If /data is still empty after that, let us know and we'll dig further.
