Thanks—that gives me the SparkBox version and the MiniPC’s current readings. At 47% memory, this snapshot doesn’t show that more RAM is needed, so let’s not change anything yet. What operating system is the MiniPC running, and is SparkBox using Docker Desktop, Docker Engine inside WSL, or Docker on Linux? Please also share the exact error text you saw (with any passwords or keys removed); then I can point you to the right next step.

Sorry the control panel went blank after an error—that’s frustrating. The right way to give more memory depends on whether this is Docker Desktop, Docker Engine inside WSL, or a NAS/Linux host, and whether the limit is on the host or an app container. Could you share which setup you have, your SparkBox version, and the exact error text (with any passwords or keys removed)? That will let me give you the correct next step without risking your settings.

Thanks, that settles it. On Windows, SparkBox runs inside a small Linux machine (WSL), and Windows gives that machine about half of the PC memory unless you tell it otherwise. That is where your 7.6 GB comes from. At 47% used it is not short right now, and the drop you saw after the refresh fits that, so I would only raise it if the blank screen keeps coming back. If you want to give it more: 1. In Windows, open the file .wslconfig in your user folder (in Notepad, File Open, type %UserProfile%\.wslconfig). If it already has lines in it (the SparkBox Windows installer adds a couple), keep them. 2. Under the [wsl2] line, add memory=12GB, or change the number if a memory= line is already there. Pick a few GB less than the PC has in total, for example 12GB on a 16 GB PC, so Windows keeps enough for itself. 3. Save, then restart the PC. SparkBox starts again with Windows on its own. The classic dashboard shows the same numbers under Settings Network "Memory & CPU (Windows)". If the control panel goes blank again, note the exact error text you see just before it does and post it here.
