5 patches today — thanks to the beta testers who caught them

Today alone we shipped 5 patches based on bugs YOU found and reported here. Quick recap of what landed and why each mattered: v1.6.83 — every fresh install since v1.6.77 was exiting with a bash: line 2382 error and a non-zero exit code. The install actually succeeded but it LOOKED like it failed, AND the end-of-install summary block (which was supposed to re-print the bootstrap token so you wouldn't lose it in the scroll) silently never ran. A stray local keyword outside a function was killing it. Caught when a fresh install on a Hostinger VPS surfaced it during a deliberate test. v1.6.85 — every install upgraded from before v1.6.81 had qBittorrent silently saving downloads to a path that Sonarr/Radarr couldn't see. Files vanished on container restart. Sonarr/Radarr threw a confusing "remote path mappings" error. Now sparkbox up automatically heals the qBit config so the arr stack works end-to-end without you touching anything. v1.6.84 — new opt-in error tracking under Settings → Privacy. Off by default. If you flip it on, the dashboard sends sanitized crash reports when something goes sideways so I can hear about silent breakage instead of waiting for someone to write a forum post. Every redaction rule is in source, history viewer shows what's been sent from your box. We're 1 dev, indie, beta — this is opt-in to help us catch the next bug faster. Sunset at v2.0 launch. v1.6.86 — the Moonfin toggle in Settings → Apps used to lie about install status (stuck on "Installing..." even after it actually finished). Now it polls completion and tells you the truth. Also corrected the post-install copy: the Netflix-style UI is the Moonfin client apps (Roku / Apple TV / Fire TV / iOS / Android / desktop), not the plugin itself. Plugin gives you the Request button + seerr integration in the web UI; the apps give you the Netflix experience. v1.6.82 also went out — sparkbox up now hard-fails with a clear "use sudo" hint instead of silently half-completing the Portainer self-heal when run without root. Specific thanks to the people who surfaced these: - notrike — surfaced 4+ different bugs in one heroic DM thread (qBit auth, qBit save-path, Moonfin status indicator, Jellyfin connection) - sparkboxfan + GamerX06 + Cammo92 — Portainer regen edge cases - ziggity + drpanda — seerr/Jellyfin auth confusion - frdrck — arr root-folder path mismatch (the bug behind v1.6.81) - LaggyGamerZA — the orphan-post issue that revealed our triage scanner had a blind spot (separate Demox-side bug, also fixed) - squid, fellini, CtheEnigma, Steely, Crom, VincentDewitt, waffle38930 — every bug report and config question has helped, even when the answer turned out to be "it's an environment thing" You ARE the early-warning system right now. Keep posting. Whether it's an install error, a stuck container, or a confusing setup step — if it tripped you up, it'll trip the next person up too. Better we catch it now than at v2.0 launch.
