Dropped unreliable Cloudflare indexers, made FlareSolverr optional in 1.5.112
Posted by tomspark
I removed 1337x and EZTV from the default Prowlarr setup in 1.5.112. Both sit behind Cloudflare, and our FlareSolverr bypass was causing Chrome to OOM-crash under concurrent challenge load — even on the latest build. One indexer that works beats three that fail randomly. If you need those indexers, you can now enable the FlareSolverr opt-in profile. arr-bootstrap will wire it up as a Prowlarr proxy and auto-tag everything 'flaresolverr' — no manual API key hunting. I also bumped FlareSolverr to 3.4.6, which handles Cloudflare's current challenges more reliably than 3.3.21. On the dev side, cold-install rehearsal now syncs local modules and scripts over SSH/tar, so testing in-flight changes doesn't require a full release. I also switched VPN route checks to gluetun's own /v1/publicip endpoint instead of ipinfo.io, which was rate-limiting our test loops. What you'll see: - YTS is your default indexer; 1337x and EZTV are gone - New FlareSolverr profile in your settings if you need Cloudflare indexers - More reliable indexer proxying if you opt in Head to the Updates tab on your dashboard to pull 1.5.112. If something breaks, post in d/sparkbox. --- Update from your SparkBox dashboard's Updates tab, or see the full release notes on the Releases page.
